In a similar model to Rebuild in Carlisle, which has been operating since 2021, the Hub will help the construction sector minimise waste, maximise resource use and reduce carbon emissions through diverting usable products and materials from downcycling, incineration and landfill and enabling reuse &#8211; therefore keeping resources at a higher value for longer.
